About the team
Join our Waste Partnerships team within the Chief Procurement Office, part of the Waste and Resource Recovery branch. We work collaboratively to deliver high-performing, customer-focused services that enhance the Gold Coast way of life.
About the role
As a Contract Administration Officer, you will provide responsive contract administration, documentation, and governance support. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing incoming correspondence and document control
• Supporting governance and contract processes, including scheduling and reporting
• Monitoring compliance and assisting with performance reporting
• Coordinating internal business processes and contract forums
We’re looking for people who have:
• Certificate IV in Business or equivalent knowledge
• Strong organisational, Microsoft 365 (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, etc) and document management skills
• Strong organisational and document management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Class C Driver’s Licence
