About the role 

As our Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll be the technical expert driving our ServiceNow platform forward. You'll design and build ServiceNow solutions that streamline operations, improve user experiences, and enable our teams to work more effectively. While you'll work independently on technical challenges, you'll also collaborate with teams across the organisation and help grow our ServiceNow capability by mentoring other developers.

 

We’re looking for people who have: 

We need an experienced ServiceNow developer with strong hands-on technical experience and can work independently to architect and deliver innovative solutions. You'll have deep platform knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

The right applicant will have:

  • Extensive ServiceNow development experience, preferably in enterprise environments
  • Strong JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with integrations, workflows, and custom applications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Other ServiceNow certifications and/or experience within ITSM, HRSD, SAM, ITOM, SPM, and service portal highly regarded
