  About the team

Our Property & Customer team plays a critical role in managing property and customer data that underpins accurate levying of rates and utility charges across the City. We’re a collaborative, high-performing group committed to efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

About the role 

As a Supervisor Property & Customer, you’ll lead and develop a team responsible for property valuations, creating new property records, recording ownership changes, and maintaining land use data. You’ll drive continuous improvement, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational objectives are met accurately and on time.


We’re looking for people who have: 

  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Business (Finance) or equivalent knowledge
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and deliver outcomes efficiently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within their team. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
