About your new role
We’re searching for a Data Engineering Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric to architect, build, and evolve the data foundations that power our organisation’s most important decisions. If you’re passionate about modern data platforms, scalable pipelines, and enabling teams with high quality, trusted data, this role puts you at the centre of it all.
As our Data Engineering Lead, you’ll design and maintain the data infrastructure that allows us to collect, process, and analyse large and complex datasets with speed and reliability. You’ll lead the development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines, champion data quality, and set the standards for best practice data architecture across the organisation.
Working closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, you’ll translate data needs into elegant, scalable solutions built on Microsoft Fabric’s unified analytics capabilities. Your leadership will ensure our data products are performant, reliable, and ready to support a rapidly growing demand for insights.
We're looking for people who have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Pipelines, and Synapse experiences
- Expertise in designing and optimising scalable data architectures
- Proven ability to lead the development of high quality ETL/ELT pipelines
- A passion for data quality, governance, and reliability
